Acting as one of 2 deputies to the Contract Manager you will be responsible for the Security Operation for this prestigious location. You will also assist in developing strong relationships with retailers, communities and external agencies, such as local councils and the police. You will also be required to act as Duty Manager for the centre. As an analytical thinker, you’ll also lead the planning and management of centre activity, including emergency situations, events, and customer and strategic service delivery. Prove yourself here and you could progress into a higher management role within our ambitious business.

 

We look for a good understanding of the law and the confidence and communication skills needed to present to and build strong relationships at every level — from site officers to senior managers. Resourceful and able to proactively deliver initiatives within a large security department, you’ll also have commercial acumen, experience of working with a budget, influencing skills and an SIA licence.

·        A comprehensive working knowledge of all processes and procedures

·        Excellent report-writing and analytical skills with attention to detail

·        Excellent organisational and time management skills

·        A positive attitude to dealing with people and taking on challenges
